Kincardine is a location of the Canadian Tai Chi Academy. CTCA is a not for profit organization and a registered charity. For more information about the type of Tai Chi we do and the benefits visit their website Canadian Tai Chi Academy .
Tai Chi has been taught in Kincardine and area since 2000. All our instructors are accredited volunteers under the auspices of the Canadian Tai Chi Academy who are required to attend training workshops every year in order to instruct.

The Canadian Tai Chi Academy teaches 108-move Tai Chi,
a style developed by Mister Moy Lin-Shin (1931-1998).
He modified the traditional Yang Style 108-move Tai Chi set
to maximize the health benefits for faster health improvement,
as he realized that in a modern society, an exercise that was good for health
was more important than a martial art for fighting.
The Canadian Tai Chi Academy runs classes across Canada. As a member of CTCA you can attend any classes of the CTCA in any location. You can check times and locations of classes at Canadian Tai Chi Academy .
